The Dessert Street, the first-ever personalised dessert kitchen, founded by Dhawal Shah who is armed with education from Le Cordon Bleu, is hosting a 2-day Chocolate making workshop, which is designed to enhance your knowledge about chocolate making and learn unique techniques as well.

The workshop is open for beginners as well as advance learners.

Chocolates Level 1

What you learn: About chocolate theory and create individual moulded and hand-dipped chocolates.

  • Tempering Techniques

  • Moulding

  • Dipping

  • Cut pralines

  • Piped filling for moulded chocolates

  • Flavour combinations & textures

Dates: 8th – 9th May

Timings: 10 am – 5 pm

Chocolates Level 2

What you learn: Grow and improve your skills in chocolates and pralines with this intermediary course.

  • Spraying with cocoa butter

  • Moulding & Enrobing

  • Soft Caramels

  • Complex textures & Flavours

  • Cut Pralines

  • Piped Fillings

Dates: 11th – 12th May

Timings: 10 am – 5 pm

Chocolates Level 3

What you learn: Advance your skill and knowledge in chocolates and a continually change in recipes to try

  • Advanced + Complex recipes

  • Intricate spraying techniques

  • Preparation of praline paste

Dates: 14th – 15th May

Timings: 10 am – 6 pm
